Archbishop Anthony FloydArchbishop Anthony Floyd, Sr. was called to service into the ministry in 1953-ordained in 1957. He has faithfully served the Philadelphia community for over 62 years in being a strong advocate for empowering under-served communities in the region.

In 1992, he founded The Philadelphia Council of Clergy to address critical issues of crime, economic impoverishment and general lack of services provided to the urban community of North Central Philadelphia. Through collaborative efforts of 400 member churches & the development of partnerships with elected officials, government agencies, and other non-profit organizations, The Philadelphia Council of Clergy has been an advocate for positive change in the community.

Anthony Floyd Jr. has over 28 years of honorable Law Enforcement experience retiring as a Police Lieutenant with the City of Philadelphia Police Department culminating with Police Executive positions as Deputy Chief of Police with Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Deputy Chief of Police with Colwyn Borough Police Department and Chief of Police and Director for Public Safety at the historic Lincoln University.

Driven with a passion for Economic Development in Urban communities, Rev. Anthony Floyd Jr. has served for over 2 years as Chair of the Middletown Odessa Townsend (MOT) NAACP Economic Development Committee. Under his direction and leadership, he has forged strategic partnerships with the State of Delaware, Office of Supplier Diversity, the Delaware Department of Transportation, Wilmington Workforce Development Council, the Delmarva Black Chamber of Commerce, and Coalition of Black Trade Unionist, and is a member of the Small Business Focus Group with the Delaware Community Reinvestment Action Council (DCRAC)-focusing on opening greater opportunities in access to capital for Afro-American and Minority enterprises. For his strong passion for service in Urban Communities, Rev. Anthony Floyd Jr. recently in 2015 received the most prestigious Community Service Award for community services in Philadelphia- The Honorable Lucien E. Blackwell-Guiding light in the Community Award.

In addition, he has served as a member with the City of Wilmington Economic Development Committee, and mentor for the S.O.A R. Program, a mentoring program started at the Redding Middle School geared towards guiding youth from under-served communities towards positive careers.

Gaylord Neal is a recognized small business coach, growth strategist, speaker, author and sales trainer who has helped many small businesses and hundreds of individuals achieve optimum performance levels. He is currently CEO of Higher Dimension Business Development, LLC. His firm provides marketing & strategic planning services to business executives and sales professionals.

Gaylord Neal was born and raised in North Philadelphia. He attended Samuel B. Huey Elementary School in West Philadelphia, Gillespie Junior High in North Philadelphia and Central High School in the Olney section of Philadelphia. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and has achieved much success in business having received top honors in sales for major corporations such as IBM, Xerox and Inacom Information Systems.

Gaylord is also a successful entrepreneur having founded Legacy Information Systems; a start-up IT hardware and Office Products Reseller focused on supporting the procurement needs of large enterprises. He grew this company to $2 MM in sales within 4 years.

Currently he is serves as Managing Partner-Sales Growth and Marketing Division for Parmatech, Inc., a Document and Technology Life Cycle Management Firm. Gaylord believes his greatest and most impactful success comes from his current role as Pastor of A Higher Dimension Church of Middletown DE and Philadelphia PA.
